Nijmegen, the Netherlands \u2013 13 August 2026<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Trymax Semiconductor Equipment B.V., a leading provider of plasma and UV process solutions for the semiconductor industry, announces the successful completion of its leadership transition. Following a structured handover, founders Leo Meijer and Ludo\u00a0Vandenberk\u00a0have formally stepped back from the operational management of the company, with Marcel Vugts assuming full responsibility as Managing Director.<\/p>\n

Marcel Vugts joined Trymax at the beginning of 2026, bringing more than 30 years of international experience in the semiconductor industry. Prior to joining Trymax, he served as Managing Director of ITEC B.V., a Nexperia company, where he successfully led the organization for eight years. Over the past months, he has worked closely with Leo Meijer, Ludo\u00a0Vandenberk\u00a0and the existing management team to ensure a seamless leadership transition for customers, partners and employees.<\/p>\n
